Dr. Susanne Dworak
After studying business administration in Münster, Susan specialized in marketing and has many years of marketing expertise in the fashion industry and trade. Her wide-ranging know-how includes specific skills in social media, events and PR, which she was able to develop at a nationally and internationally active fashion retailer from Düsseldorf. In numerous projects and discussions with suppliers and customers, she became aware of how important and essential it is to rethink the fashion industry towards more sustainability. This became the driving force for Susan's and Bettina's common business idea to build a sustainable fashion brand. Susan brings her experiences from content creation for the social media channels of various fashion brands into BEARTH clothing today. In addition to this she has core knowledge in influencer cooperations.
After studying in Münster, Bettina worked for many years as international sales and product manager in the clothing and sports textiles industry. Together with design teams, she has developed product lines for international key account customers. At a premium US sporting goods manufacturer, she was responsible for sales and product management of apparel for the EMEA market. Her additional qualitifications as CSR manager (Corporate Social Responsibility) and her job as sales manager of an organic food company fit perfectly into our sustainable philosophy at BEARTH. Incidentally, she is our language talent, which she owes to her studies and her desire to travel.
